Our food has been highly praised by regular guests and leading guides. One of our recent guests wrote and said:
‘The local and international sourcing of all the food and wine ingredients and recipes was a logistical miracle come true, the cooking and presentation were quite exceptional…’
A full English breakfast, including, home made Yoghurt, Muesli, Granola and Marmalade, locally sourced bacon, dry cured to our specification, and our own recipe sausages, is served each morning.
In the evening a freshly prepared four-course dinner is available using fresh local produce and many of our own recipes.
This may be complemented by a bottle of wine (we have a short but comprehensive wine list) and followed by coffee and mints in the lounges.
Genuine Vegetarian and special diets may be catered for if notified at the time of the reservation or at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
