Christmas market and entertainment programme on:
Saturday 30th November and Saturday 7th of December
Grassington is adorned in Christmas lights, the square and streets come alive with a traditional market and Christmas carols are sung around the tree. There is entertainment throughout the day, with choirs, brass bands and groups of singers to entertain you.
Guests at Ashfield House will enjoy the special atmosphere, relaxing in front of the roaring fires, drinking mulled wine whilst having mince pies.

1940’s Weekend 20th September to 21st September 2025
This annual event is the highlight in the Summer calendar. Grassington is transformed back to the 1940’s for a celebratory weekend.
There is a fabulous atmosphere with plenty to see. Come and visit the vintage market, take a look at the array of vintage vehicles, and dress up in your best 1940’s attire.
There’s plenty of entertainment including the afternoon tea dance, big band dances on both Friday and Saturday night, Micky Ramsden and the Alka Seltzer sisters will be dancing in the street and the amazing Paul Harper will be our compare.
